Salsa Verde (Green Salsa)

Ingredients

5 or 6 fresh tomatillos, finely chopped or – one 13 ounce can tomatillos, drained, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons yellow onions, finely chopped
1 serrano or jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and chill for several hours, or overnight, stirring ocassionally.
